1. Services
MakeQuery (CCTV Camera and IT Services) provides CCTV installation, biometric systems, access control, networking, and related security services in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Quotations
All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ materially from those assessed during the free site survey.
3. Warranty
All installations carry a 1-year warranty on workmanship. Product warranties are subject to the respective manufacturer's terms. Warranty is void in cases of physical damage, tampering, or use in conditions beyond product specifications.
4. Payment
Payment terms are communicated at the time of quotation. For new installations, a deposit may be required before work commences. Remaining payment is due upon project completion.
5. AMC Terms
Annual Maintenance Contracts are prepaid annually. AMC covers preventive maintenance visits as specified in the plan. Emergency call-outs may be subject to additional charges for non-AMC customers.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
