What is a CCTV AMC?
A CCTV Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is a service agreement where we visit your premises on a scheduled basis to inspect, clean, test, and maintain your CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, cabling, and related equipment. AMC also gives you priority access to our support team for any breakdowns or issues that arise during the contract period.
Without regular maintenance, CCTV cameras accumulate dust and spider webs, lenses fog up, hard drives degrade, and cables loosen — all silently reducing your security coverage without you knowing. An AMC prevents this.
Our AMC Plans
- Basic AMC: 2 preventive maintenance visits per year. Camera cleaning, DVR health check, and cable inspection. Priority phone support. Best for homes and small offices.
- Standard AMC: 4 preventive maintenance visits per year. Includes DVR/NVR firmware updates, HDD health monitoring, network testing, and mobile viewing verification. Best for offices and shops.
- Premium AMC: Monthly scheduled visits. Includes all Standard AMC services plus priority on-site response within 4 hours for breakdowns. Includes one free HDD replacement per year. Best for large offices, schools, and commercial establishments.
